Gäfgen v. Germany

Legal Case

The European Court of Human Rights gave judgment on 30 June 2008. The case was subsequently referred to the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights. REDRESS intervened in Gäfgen v. Germany (Application no. 22978/05) before the Grand Chamber on 3 February 2009. The Grand Chamber gave judgment on 1 June 2010.
