REDRESS' work covers torture and related crimes in more than 50 countries in all regions of the world.
We have active case files relating to more than 957 survivors before national and international courts relating to torture occurring in all parts of the world.
We provide advice to lawyers and human rights groups and prepare legal submissions in numerous cases before a variety of jurisdictions, both national and international, including the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights; the European Court of Human Rights; the Cambodia Extraordinary Chambers; the UN Human Rights Committee, the UN Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances.
